Berti Via Ferrata at the Schiara

ferrata antonio berti

It is the natural continuation of the Zacchi and Sperti ferrate and will lead you to the top of the Schiara along the western ridge.

With its 2 kilometres in length and 1,000 metres of elevation gain, it is a trail for experienced and trained hikers. Its exposure, combined with fatigue, difficulty and being part of a long route, which includes at least one other ferrata, is the reason why it is graded as difficult. Upon reaching the summit, however, your effort is rewarded with a sprawling view of Valbelluna, from the peaks of Alpago to Feltre.
