The Albino Luciani Museum is located in a 15th century building overlooking the main square of the village. It develops on 4 floors, carefully set up to create an innovative sensory journey.
It was born in 2006 from an idea of the local administration of Canale d’Agordo and from Father Sirio Da Corte, archpriest of Canale d’Agordo, to remember his most famous citizen properly.
The opening of the museum took place on 26 August 2006 by hand of Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Secretary of State for Vatican. The museum is currently run by the Papa Luciani Foundation.

Gennaio, febbraio, aprile, maggio, giugno, settembre, ottobre e dicembre aperto venerdì, sabato e domenica dalle 9:00 alle 12:00 e dalle 15:00 alle 18:00
Luglio e agosto aperto tutti i giorni dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 15:00 alle 19:00.

Aperture straordinarie: 28 settembre (mattina) e 8 dicembre.
Chiusure programmate: 25 dicembre, 31 dicembre (pomeriggio), 1° gennaio (mattina), giorno di Pasqua.
Costo dei biglietti : ingresso intero € 9.50, ingresso ridotto: €7.50.
